My Story
I love good food and human connection, and I believe that ‘healthy’ does not have to be punishing.
I have studied the science of nutrition and the art of coaching and 100% believe in your potential and capacity for change. My coaching techniques are designed to help you gain clarity, feel empowered, and take control.
Life is precious and health is our most valuable asset. It’s time to stop being a passenger and letting other circumstances dictate your path and impact your health.

Juggling a young family and a career in London, I was doing everything I could to find joy, but in reality, I felt a bit lost, underwhelmed, and couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something more out there for me.
I looked around and I saw more senior colleagues giving their all to their job but leaving little time or energy for anything else, and it was beginning to show.
I knew there had to be a better way – a way to feel good inside and out without sacrificing everything.
After a former career in the military, exercise and movement had always been part of my life, but I began slowly and gradually to transform my diet, to listen to my body and to align my lifestyle with my goals and values.
The result was that I was feeling better in my 40s than I ever had, and I wanted to shout about it!
Soon I realised that I could work doing what I love and passionately believe in so I embarked on extensive training. After gaining a degree in personalised nutrition, training in neuro-linguistic programming and transformational change coaching, I was ready to help others.
I’ve learned that self-care isn’t about papering over the cracks with quick-fix fad diets, bubble baths, and spa treatments (although they are nice!). Instead, it involves a deep commitment to clarifying what you want from life and your health. Only then can you explore and transform the beliefs and behaviours that aren’t serving you, and which are preventing you from from living the life you want to lead.

Professional Bio
I have completed a postgraduate degree (PGDip) in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM and am a certified NLP Practitioner. I have also completed a diploma in Transformational Change Coaching and Zest4Life Health Coach Training for Nutrition Professionals.
I am also currently finishing a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma to deepen my understanding of clinical nutritional practice.
